Paul Pogba transfer admission made amid Man Utd links - 'We will make space'
Marseille boss Roberto De Zerbi admits he will "try and find space" for champion players amid links with .
The French midfielder is a man without a club after his drugs ban ended and opting to rip up his contract. It means the former man is seeking his next employer and a move back to his homeland has been touted.
De Zerbi rocked up at Marseille in the summer but the former winners are still someway off domestically and need more quality if they are to close the gap.
January is the next opportunity for the former boss to dip into the market and he's made it clear he wants to bring in players with winning experience. He's name checked Pogba, who has won numerous league titles, but hasn't discussed signing him with the club's bosses.

He said: “I would like to have only champions in my team. Pogba has always been a champion but honestly, during my discussions with staff, we have never spoken about it.
"In January, we especially need to find players for the needs we have. Obviously, if champions arrive, we will try to find space and make sure they can live together. That would absolutely not be a problem for me. When you have top players, it's not my problem but that of the opponents."
Pogba, now 31, has his doubters with many believing he is yet to become the player he was once tipped to be. His United spell was littered with inconsistent performances but he insists he's more motivated than ever to make an impact.
He told Sky Sports: "I don't want to lose the level I am at. If I can surpass it, this is what I want. I'm still the same player but with a different hunger. I am more motivated. I am more hungry. I will appreciate the game more than before after it was taken away from me. I realised how important it was for me."
Pogba, himself a World Cup winner, also has an eye on performing once again for Les Blues but acknowledged the fight he has ahead og him. He said: "I hope. It is in my mind for sure. I have to be ready for that. There are players who deserve to play and I have to win my place back. I am ready to fight."
