In Chhattisgarh, 192 contractual posts have been released for recruitment at district and block levels for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. Applications for these posts will be accepted till 18 September. The condition is that an applicant will not be able to apply for more than one district. Recruitment will be done for 62 posts for the district panchayat level and 130 posts for the block. Recruitment will be done for the posts of District Coordinator Assistant Engineer, Training Coordinator, Assistant Programmer Assistant Grade 3, Lekhpal, and Data Entry Operator at the block level.

Conditions have been kept based on 22 points for recruitment to these posts. It has been told that the application form in the prescribed format will be taken in a closed envelope only by registered post speed post in the name of the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat of the concerned district till 5:00 pm on 18 December. Direct applications in person will not be accepted through email and electronic mediums. Applications received after the prescribed time limit will not be considered. The age of the candidate will be a minimum of 21 years to a maximum of 35 years. The orders and instructions related to exemptions issued from time to time by the General Administration Department will be applicable for contractual appointments. Age will be calculated based on 1 September 2024.

Permanent caste is mandatory..
Only permanent certificates issued by officers equivalent to the officers will be valid. A permanent caste certificate and affidavit in their regard will have to be given. The applicant must attach a certified photocopy of all the necessary documents for the application. Applicants must be a native of Chhattisgarh state. It is necessary to attach a certified copy of the residence certificate issued by the competent authority.

Appointment will be for 3 years
This appointment will be for a maximum of 3 years. Thereafter, if required, based on work qualification, work capacity, and behavior, as per the instructions of the government, with the consent of both parties, the work period can be considered to be continued for 1 year. During the contract period, the appointment will be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu thereof by either of the two parties. After the termination of service, the service officer as a contract officer employee will not be eligible for any kind of pension allowance or death benefit, etc. The list of total applicants received in the district will be closed based on merit and they will be called for skill tests.

Marriage and children also included in the condition
Applicants who have more than two children, one of whom was born on or after 26 January 2001, will not be given letters for appointment. Candidates who have married a person who already has a wife or husband alive will not be eligible. In such a case, the government can make other decisions and if the government is satisfied that there is sufficient reason to do so, it can give exemption from the restriction.
