UP Board Exam: Practical and theory exam dates released, check all details
The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) has released the 2025 Intermediate Practical Exam schedule. UPMSP Secretary Bhagwati Singh said in the release that now the practical examination will be held in two phases, in which the examination will be conducted in several divisions of the state for each phase.
The 2025 UP Board examinations will begin from February 24, 2025 and end on March 12, 2025.
The first phase of the practical examination will start from January 23 and will run till January 31 for the following districts Saharanpur, Bareilly, Azamgarh, Lucknow, Agra, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Ghazipur, Devipatan and Basti divisions.
The second phase will be from February 1 to February 8 for the districts of Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi and Gorakhpur divisions.
Pre-board practical exams for class 12th students will be held from January 4 to January 10, 2025, while annual exams for class 9th and 11th and pre-board written exams for class 10th and 12th will be held from January 11 to January 21, 2025.
Students will take practical assessments at the school level, which will include project work and previous internal assessments. Students are encouraged to contact their school principals to facilitate their participation. Marks for moral education, yoga, sports, physical and education will be uploaded online by school principals on the official UPMSP website upmsp.edu.in from January 10.
To maintain the integrity of the examinations, the board has implemented several measures. Practical tests will be recorded on CCTV cameras for future reference. UPMSP has also revised the examiner information on its website and is monitoring the appointment of examiners to ensure the integrity of the examinations.
