Malaika Arora shares easy ways to strengthen back and hip flexors

Malaika Arora is a health freak and a fitness icon. She makes sure to always work out regardless of whether its raining, travelling abroad or attending an event. Her commitment to mental and physical well being is truly commendable.

Inspiring her followers and friends on Monday, Malaika showed a simple way to strengthen back and hip flexor with ankle weights. People are struggling with back and neck pain due to constant prolonged phone and laptop use which leads to hunched back and poor posture.

Giving step by step instructions, Malaika wrote,  

Strengthen your back and hip flexors with ankle weights : 2 Set each 

1) Back extension with twist 10x 

2) Back extension with legs lift 10x 

3) Back leg lift + opposite arm lift 10x 

4) L sit single leg raise over yoga blocks 10x 

5) Seated L-sit single leg raise over yoga blocks ( Another variation) 20 sec .

This is not the first time, Malaika has tried to push fans and followers into working out. If we have even 10 percent of the discipline Malaika has, we would be undoubtedly be fitter and look better
