Rajasthan: Strayed Sariska Tiger Rescued From Farmhouse Kitchen In Alwar (Video)
Jaipur: The strayed tiger from Sariska Tiger Reserve was finally rescued from a kitchen of a farm house located on Chilkibas Road in Raini of Alwar district on Friday morning.
Tiger ST-2402 from Sariska Tiger Reserve had attacked three people including a woman on Wednesday in Dausa district and forest guards were trying hard to locate and rescue it, but the tiger kept dodging the three teams of forest guards.
Late on Thursday night, the rescue teams were informed about the presence of the in the kitchen of a farm house on Chilkibas Road in Raini of Alwar district. The team reached the spot at 6 am and tranquilised the big cat.
The District Forest Officer of Alwar Rajendra Hudda said that the tiger has been rescued successfully and has been sent to Sarika to release in the forest.
The farm house where Tiger was found in the kitchen had open areas all around it and there are no gates in the kitchen as well. The employee of the farm house, Manoj was sleeping in the room nearby.
As the night the tiger roared from the kitchen, Manoj immediately called the owner who informed the police and forest officials.
“ Upon receiving the information our teams reached the spot and tranquilize the tiger successfully keeping all the necessary precautions. As the tiger stopped it's movement a net was thrown on it and was loaded in a covered gypsy to sent it to Sariska,' said the DFO.
