There will hardly be any person who does not like to eat Aloo Paratha. Especially now that the winter season has started, everyone's favorite breakfast is Aloo Paratha in almost every Indian household. It is served with butter, green chutney, raita and pickle.
If you get hot Aloo Paratha in the winter season, then the day is made. As delicious as it is to eat, it is equally difficult to make. Most people complain that Aloo Paratha gets torn while making it. In such a situation, we are going to give you some such tips, by following which you can also prepare Dhaba style Aloo Paratha in an easy way.
Prepare the stuffing in the right way.
Prepare the stuffing for the paratha properly. For this, first, cool the boiled potatoes well and then mash them. Mix the spices well in the potatoes so that the stuffing is uniform. Keep in mind that the potatoes should be completely mashed so that there are no lumps left in them.
Prepare the stuffing with the right ingredients.
Before adding more water or green vegetables like onion, or green chillies to the potatoes, make sure that they are dry. If you are adding paneer, peas, or cheese, then mix it well so that it does not cause trouble in rolling.
It is important to knead the dough properly.
The dough of the paratha should neither be too hard nor too soft. Cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes so that it sets well. If the dough is tight, the paratha will tear, whereas if it is soft, you will not be able to roll the paratha.
Fill the stuffing properly.
Never fill too much stuffing in the paratha, as it can tear the paratha. After filling the stuffing, close the edges by pressing them well so that it does not come out while rolling.
Keep in mind while rolling.
Do not make the paratha too thin while rolling. If the stuffing is coming out, roll the dough a little thicker. Roll slowly to spread the stuffing evenly and do not apply too much pressure. Otherwise either the paratha will tear or its stuffing will get on one side.
Right heat of the pan
The pan should be medium hot while baking the paratha. The paratha can stick on a very cold pan and can burn on a very hot pan. Therefore, keep the temperature of the pan right to make the perfect paratha. By keeping these tips in mind, you can easily make tasty and tear-free potato parathas.
