First of all, you have to go to the official website of UIDAI.

How to generate a Virtual ID
For Lock / Unlock Aadhaar, the Aadhaar card holder must have a 16-digit virtual ID. The Aadhaar holder can generate the virtual ID by sending an SMS to 1947.

For this, you will have to send the last four digits of your Aadhaar number in RVID _ _ _ _ format to 1947. Along with sending the message, your virtual ID number is sent to your phone.
