India vs. Germany Hockey Match: India registered a spectacular victory by defeating Germany 5-3 in the second hockey match. In the first match, Germany defeated Team India 2-0, thus tying the two-match series 1-1. The winner of the series was decided by a penalty shootout, in which the Indian team had to face defeat 3-1.

The match's first goal came from Germany when Majkor dodged India's defense and goalkeeper to give his team a 1-0 lead. After that, the second quarter remained goalless, but in the third quarter, the Indian team made a strong comeback and scored its first goal in the 34th minute. In the 42nd minute, Team India got a penalty corner, which captain Harmanpreet Singh converted into a goal, giving India a 2-1 lead.

India got another penalty corner the next minute after Harmanpreet's goal and the captain scored again to give the team a 3-1 lead. In the last minute of the third quarter, Abhishek scored a field goal and after 45 minutes of play, India had gained a 4-1 lead. When the fourth quarter started, Sukhjeet scored a goal single-handedly three minutes later by dodging the German goalkeeper, taking the Indian team's total lead to 5-1. But in the last 10 minutes of play, Germany scored 2 goals, but could not save themselves from a 5-3 defeat.
