Afghanistan: Missile fired in Kabul? Explosions near airport
Recently, more than 70 bomb threats have been received regarding flights in India, which later proved to be false. Meanwhile, big news has come from Afghanistan's capital Kabul that three bomb blasts were heard one after the other near the airport there. However, these blasts have not been officially confirmed yet and it is also not clear who was targeted. This is not the first time that blasts have taken place in Kabul. On August 12, one person was killed in a van explosion and the Islamic State claimed responsibility for it. The aim of this terrorist organization has usually been to target public places and the Shia community.

Meanwhile, Afghan authorities barred an Indian aircraft from using their airspace after receiving a bomb threat, forcing it to return to Delhi. Unlike bomb threats linked to flights in India, actual bomb blasts have been heard in Afghanistan's capital Kabul recently. There have been several blasts in Kabul, with the Shia minority being the main target.
