MTDC's 'Social Tourism Tour' on April 11

Nagpur: The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), in collaboration with Anandam Yoga Class and Janardan Swami Yogabhyasi Mandal, Nagpur, is organising a Social Tourism Tour under the vision of MTDC managing director, Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi.

This initiative will allow tourists to visit Anandvan and Hemalkasa. Anandvan, founded by Baba Amte, is a renowned centre for leprosy rehabilitation, while the Lok Biradari Project, run by the Maharog Seva Samiti in Warora, Chandrapur district, focuses on tribal welfare and healthcare. The two-day, one-night trip will depart from MTDC, Civil Lines, Nagpur, on April 11 at 6am.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the Anandam yoga class under the guidance of yoga guru Ram Khandve on the same day. The trip is limited to 20 participants.
