7-year-old boy dies from snake bite

Koraput: A seven-year-old boy succumbed to a snake bite injury in the early hours of Saturday in Balimela town of Malkangiri district. The deceased child, Lipun Mohanty, was bitten by a snake that reportedly entered the family's home while they were asleep. According to Lipun's father, Biswanath Mohanty, the incident occurred around 4am.
