Richa Chadha And Ali Fazal Welcome A Baby Girl, Thank Fans For Warm Wishes

Actors Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have welcomed their first child, a baby girl, born on July 16, 2024. In a joint statement, the couple shared their joy: “We are tickled pink with joy to announce the arrival of a healthy baby girl on 16.07.24! Our families are overjoyed and we thank our well wishers for their love and blessings.”

Just two days before the announcement, Richa posted a photo flaunting her baby bump while Ali embraced her. She captioned the post, "What can a love so pure bring forth into the world, but a beam of light ? She also talked about the anxiety and discomfort of waiting. Richa said, "The discomfort is lonely, but it’s because am not alone.🌺I have constant reminders in the form of a tiny wave of a movement, a knee, a sudden kick, a feeling of someone listening in... Chadha and Fazal, both 37, tied the knot in 2020 but postponed their wedding festivities to 2022 due to the pandemic. They announced their pregnancy on social media in February. The couple first worked together in the 2013 film "Fukrey" and made their relationship official in 2016.
