Haryana: 8 vehicle pile-up on NH9 due to dense fog

NEW DELHI:Low visibility due to dense fog resulted in a multi-vehicle pile-up on National Highway-9 in Haryana on Thursday morning.

As per the news agency ANI, as many as eight vehicles collided on the highway amid dense fog.

Due to the low visibility conditions, many motorists were caught up in tailbacks on the highways for hours.

According to Investigating Officer Jitendra, "We responded immediately upon receiving information about the collision. The road was blocked, and the injured have been taken for treatment. Machines are clearing the vehicles.
