In August, she was seen in sporting facial bandages after jetting off to Turkey with her boyfriend JJ Slater, from Married At First Sight, for her sixth facelift, leaving her face noticeably swollen.

However, a source told Closer magazine that Katie's friends are increasingly concerned about her latest "revelation".

The insider revealed: "Katie not only wants the biggest lips and boobs in the business but, in a shocking revelation made at The Glamour Awards, she also wants the smallest waist, setting her sights on 22 inches.

"Pals are worried that any more weight loss and she will look sick and will be putting herself in serious danger. They're worried she could destroy her body forever."

Just last weekend, Katie flaunted her slender figure in a glittery outfit ahead of on , earning a flurry of compliments from her followers, reports .

One admirer gushed: "Beauty", while another complimented: "Looking fabulous all Christmassy and glamorous."

However, concern bubbled up among some fans about her slender figure; one voiced that she's "too skinny," and another fretted: "Far too thin, it's not a healthy look! Her quest for aesthetic refinements took her to Turkey for a second facelift and she didn't stop there—she returned after two years for yet another facelift coupled with a breast reduction.

Cosmetic surgeon Alex Karidis has issued a stark warning, cautioning: "There are dangers and risks with all surgeries. These are medical procedures and should not be treated casually as Katie does; you can die. The more you have, there's always more of a risk, because the tissues you're dealing with have already been operated on before, so they've been weakened."
