The film opened to a dull response and witnessed limited growth over the weekend before crashing on Monday. Kingston continued its dull run on March 12, its first Wednesday.

The film’s total collection stands at Rs 4.28 crore. Kingston received negative reviews, with critics panning the execution. The underwhelming word-of-mouth worked against it and made it virtually impossible for it to survive competition from Dragon. Pradeep Ranganathan’s film remains a force to reckon with even 20 days after its release.
