In Bhopal, two brothers, under the influence of alcohol, strangled their younger brother to death in a dispute over bringing chicken. The police have arrested both the brothers on charges of murder and have accused their mother of hiding evidence.
Bhopal. A shocking and painful incident has come to light in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Two brothers, under the influence of alcohol, strangled their younger brother to death. The incident took place on November 9 at their house in Indira Nagar, when 22-year-old Anshul Yadav insisted on bringing chicken for the party.
Anshul's idea of bringing non-vegetarian food was not liked by his elder brother Kuldeep and younger brother Aman. An argument started between the two on this issue. The argument escalated so much under the influence of alcohol that it turned into a terrible fight. In anger, Kuldeep and Aman strangled Anshul with a rope, which led to his death.
The mother of the accused, Anita, tried to hide the rope used in the murder from the crime scene to save her sons after the murder. Initially, the family told the police that Anshul had fainted on returning home and was taken to the hospital. But when the police saw rope marks on his neck, the case became suspicious.
Anshul and his brothers worked at a shop in Bairagarh and the frequent fights between them were reportedly due to their addiction to alcohol and drugs. Kuldeep and Aman have been arrested. A case of culpable homicide has been registered against them, while their mother Anita has also been charged with tampering with evidence. Further investigation by the police found that mother Anita tried to hide evidence to help her sons. Anshul and both his brothers used to quarrel frequently due to their addiction to alcohol and drugs and this was the reason why the incident took a horrific turn. Bairagarh police station in-charge Kamaljit Randhawa confirmed that Kuldeep and Aman have been arrested and a case of culpable homicide has been registered against them.
