A "billionaire's bunker" hidden off the coast of Florida boasts 41 seaside mansions for the super-rich, home to tech , athletes and even daughter. The lavish island's resident list varies from Amazon boss (once the world's richest man) to the retired NFL star Tom Brady, and all within just 0.46 square miles of each other.
Indian Creek, which overlooks Biscayne Bay in , offers billionaires sprawling mansions, 24-hour security and an complete with an 18-hole golf course to meet their wealthy neighbours. In terms of security, the island has a 13-person for its population of about 85 - working out at roughly one police officer per six people - a 24-hour marine patrol to keep an eye on the water surrounding the village, and a radar that can detect people up to 1,000 metres away, designed by a company headed up by an ex-Israeli Defence Forces leader.

The billionaire's paradise is connected to the mainland by a single bridge manned by police, making it even harder to access, while the exorbitant homes sit along the East, South and West shores so that each resident has uninterrupted views of the sea.

He listed the four lots for $150 million (£116.3 million) in 2017, which went unsold, as "the reality is that there are very few buyers for a sale that large," according to Jill Eber of The Jills Zeder Group, speaking to the Miami Herald.
Iglesias later listed one 80,000 square-foot plot for $31.8 million (£24.7 million) at the end of 2020, which was purchased by the daughter, with her partner, Jared Kushner.
As is the trend on the island, the pair went on to buy another just seven months later for a cool $24 million (£18.6 million) in 2021, which was renovated to include six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.
is another resident on the island, who bought a mansion for $17 million (£13.1 million) with his ex-wife Gisele Bündche in October 2020, just a few years before they announced their split.
It halted renovations after they tore down the original 5,772-square-foot home, but Brady has since taken it over, with the new house reportedly including a security building, gym, cabana, pool and sports court.
