Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, NCR: The place is launching Culinary Tales from Northern Himalayas, a food festival celebrating the rich flavors of Himalayan cuisine, from December 13 to 22, 2024, at Kitchen District. The event highlights authentic dishes from regions like Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Nepal, showcasing traditional recipes like Gushtaba, Dum Aloo, and Thukpa. Curated by Chef Kuldeep Rawat, the menu explores bold and unique flavors shaped by the region’s geography and culture. General Manager Sonale Zagade emphasizes the festival as a tribute to Himalayan culinary heritage, offering guests an immersive dining experience. The festival runs from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, inviting diners to savor the lesser-known tastes of the Northern Himalayas.

Era, Andheri, Mumbai: Era, Andheri's newest mid-century-inspired venue, combines vintage charm with modern energy. Drawing inspiration from art deco and old Asian cities, the space features intricate décor, plush seating, and intimate lighting, perfect for gatherings or quiet evenings.
