Palam Election Results 2025 Highlights: BJP's Kuldeep Solanki won by 8,952 votes, defeats AAP's Joginder Solanki

NEW DELHI: Kuldeep Solanki of the Bharatiya Janata Party has won with 82,046 votes, defeating Joginder Solanki of the Aam Aadmi Party, who secured 73,094 votes—a margin of 8,952 votes. Mange Ram of the Indian National Congress finished far behind with 4,697 votes.

Palam witnessed a high stakes polling campaign between the BJP, Congress and AAP. Palam, another key constituency in South West Delhi, is part of the South Delhi parliamentary seat.

In the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections for Palam, the candidates and their respective parties are as follows: Joginder Solanki from AAP, Kuldeep Solanki from BJP, Mange Ram Solanki from INC, Prashant Chauhan as an Independent.

In the 2020 elections, the total number of registered voters in Palam was not specified. However, the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Bhavna Gaur won convincingly, securing 92,775 votes and a vote share of 59.15%. She defeated BJP candidate Vijay Pandit, who received 51,788 votes (33.06%).

Bhavna Gaur won by a massive margin of 40,987 votes, retaining the seat for AAP.

The election in this constituency took place on February 5, with the counting of today.
